This beautiful Ranch House is located right next to a beautiful little year-round stream. It has four bedrooms upstairs that sleeps 10 along with sofa bed downstairs. There are three full bathrooms and jet tub. The downstairs features a large kitchen, dinning room and large living room with stone fire place and separate bar. The Ranch House is newly re-built and is one of Deer Haven's new Signature Dwellings. -- $475.

Reservations, Cancellation & Transfer Polices
 
  • Reservations Policy
    • Check In Time After 3:00pm & Check Out Time By 11:00am
    • All reservations require a 50% deposit of your booking total
  • Cancellation Policies:
    • Cancellations made 30 days in advance of your reservation will be charged a
      handling fee of 10% of your booking total
    • Cancellations within 30 days of your reservation will be charged 50% of your
      booking total
  • Transfer Policies (if you need or desire to transfer your booking to another date):
    • Your deposit will be fully funded towards your transfer
    • Transfers made 30 days in advance of your reservation will be charged a
      handling fee of 5% of your booking total
    • Transfers within 30 days of your reservation will be charged a handling fee of
      15% of your booking total
